Design with intent, built to last.
Kylo Studio is an integrated interior design and residential drafting studio led by Kyle Lovell, working across South East Queensland, North East NSW and Sydney.
We bring together thoughtful spatial planning, bespoke joinery design and considered materials. Every design is modelled in 3D, so you walk through your home before a wall comes down.
We work alongside joiners, builders and interior design studios, providing flexible design and documentation support to help manage workloads and deliver projects.
Kyle Lovell
Founder and principal designer
I'm Kyle Lovell, the founder and principal designer behind Kylo Studio. As a qualified interior designer and residential draftsman, I've spent years across high-end residential design and small commercial projects, and I built Kylo Studio to guide you through what can be an intimidating renovation.
When I'm not in the studio you'll usually find me by the ocean, with a cappuccino, or walking my dog Luna.

What our clients say.
Kyle from Kylo Studio was exceptional. He transformed our Elizabeth Bay apartment into a stunning modern interpretation of Art Deco meets Japandi modernism—elegant, functional, and uniquely ours. Kyle was quick, courteous, and highly professional throughout the entire process, working closely with us to bring our vision to life while staying within budget. His eye for design detail and spatial flow exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Kyle to anyone seeking thoughtful, high-quality design that balances creativity with practicality.
Through Kylo Studio, our Narrabeen house has now become the coastal paradise we have always wanted! His attention to detail and understanding of what we wanted was shown both in his designs and documentation. … We have now been living in our updated home for over 6 months and couldn’t be happier with the end result, Thank you Kyle!
We are currently working with Kylo Studio on a renovation. Kyle has given us very comprehensive drafting and 3D modelling for the reconfiguration of all of our windows and doors along with the redesign of a carport to a closed in garage and created us a wine cellar. In addition he has created new sky lights in our existing pergola roof. He has also guided us through recommendation of solar power locations and size, creating us a more sustainable home! … his knowledge, attitude and skill is worth its weight in gold! Nothing is ever a problem …
